OK! I got the new tank. You tell me "which is sexier"?. I did have to chop the old front mounts off the neck, and re-position them back and up a bit, so swapping tanks in the future is out. And I had to build a under the tank rear mount.....which I have fabed up, but haven't welded yet.
I was excited to post the difference, wadda-u-tank?

ReplyDeleteI prefer the round one right now...but I wonder which would look better with the new seat. The round tank makes the bike look practically ready to go now. "...we don't need no stinking engiiiines!" says the crazy man.
Engines...that says "engines". I read this comment today and didn't recognize my own writing. Then thought "What the shit is an Engil?" ...good morning. This coffee is not helping me.
ReplyDeleteBy the waaaaay... I was looking carefully at your photos there, and I have to say, that is a fine, fine counter space you have put together. Not one work bench, but a HUGE "work space" worthy of a professional. Very nice indeed.
